System Administrator

Entegrity is looking for an experienced System Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience performing the essential duties listed below.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Manage client LAN/WAN, servers, desktop.
  • Handle support calls from clients and provide end-user support.
  • Resolve assigned and escalated tickets.
  • Provide on-site support as needed for customer issues not able to be resolved remotely.
  • Setup new hardware (printers/workstations/peripherals) for clients.
  • Support multiple customer technology environments (Line-of-business applications, specialty applications).
  • Implement and troubleshoot Microsoft server environments.
  • Support and troubleshoot Office 365 environments
  • Install equipment (workstations/servers/laptops/WIFI).
  • Document app procedures and tasks, create documentation of customer specific processes.
  • Participate in on-call and be a resource for escalated urgent issues.
  • Other relevant technological duties as assigned.
  • Experience with client data-migration techniques (client to client, client to server)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communications, technical writing, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems/applications.
  • Experience installing and providing intermediate support for infrastructure and LAN software.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of deploying Windows clients utilizing network-based imaging techniques
  • Demonstrable knowledge of administrating various server and server support systems

Essential Job Requirements and Education:

  • 3+ years’ experience in helpdesk support of end-users operating in a Windows based environment.
  • 3+ years’ Network infrastructure experience (LAN/WAN).
  • 2+ years' experience with Office 365 environments.
  • Degree in Business, Computer science, Information Systems or similar preferred
  • System Network/Admin experience
  • CompTIA A+ / Network+ Security+ (preferred)

Senior Enterprise Architect (Lead)

Position Summary:

The role of the Senior Enterprise Architect will lead a team of Architects to identify, research, and model business processes, system and data views to support definition of functional, business, and information/data requirements that will allow for the design, development, testing / evaluation, implementation of enterprise business applications and capabilities. The Enterprise Architect will be a part of a process team working with various stakeholders (all levels), including senior leadership, technical management, functional management, transformation initiatives and business process subject matter experts, to build detailed process views to better understand the current business environment to support identification of potential transformation opportunities. The Enterprise Architect will document this information, analysis, findings, and drive recommendations using various technical reports including business process models and architectural views. The role of the Enterprise Architect is to take this knowledge and ensure that the organization’s business processes and Information Technology (IT) systems are in alignment. The Enterprise Architect will present solutions and help programs align with their organizations strategic vision.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Reviews and analyzes existing system process models, system interfaces, enterprise architecture artifacts and other program documentation
  • Conduct technical, architectural and business research in analyzing all areas of IT access to the Air Force enterprise, missions, processes and functions
  • Facilitates Subject Matter Expert (SME) interviews / workshops for business process re-engineering by developing and documenting current state, management of business processes while identifying gaps.
  • Researches applicable law, regulation, and policy related to the execution and compliance of business processes.
  • Knowledgeable of assertions to Federal Enterprise Architecture (FEA) and the Business Enterprise Architecture (BEA) implementation of the Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DODAF 2.02) and standards as well as Joint Capabilities Integration & Development System (JCIDS), Joint Capability Areas (JCA’s), and Department of Defense Information Enterprise Architecture (DODIEA).
  • Knowledge of Reference Architecture, Information Support Planning (ISP), Air Force and JITC certification process.
  • Develops and document process model / business architecture content and artifacts consistent with generally accepted modeling standards.
  • Performs peer reviews of process modeling and enterprise architecture artifacts.
  • Prepares written and/or briefed reports to support the activities performed.

Essential Job Requirements and Education:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 to 9 years of experience in enterprise architecture analysis, evaluation, design, development, and integration, or related activities, or 15+ years of broad/diverse background and experience in business process improvement/re-engineering, business process modeling, requirements analysis, reference architecture and/or enterprise architecture.

Required Skills:

  • Strong analytic and research capabilities
  • Strong presentation development and delivery and relationship building skills at all levels, including working, managerial and executive.
  • Working knowledge of a structured modeling technique(s) (e.g., BPMN, IDEF, UML, etc.)

Data Management Tech Lead

Position Summary:

Entegrity Consulting Group located in Dayton, OH is currently seeking a Data Management Lead. This lead position will be responsible for the strategy, planning, execution, and sustainment of Data Management capabilities in support of our Air Force customer.  Additional responsibilities will include the daily direction of the data management team, cybersecurity and the implementation of data management policy, processes, services, tools, and other capabilities.  The Data Management Technical Lead will be the liaison for Government and contract resources for all program data management activities.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Managing the customer relationship as specified in the customer statement of work or as directed by the contract technical lead.
  • Work with other contract program and technical leads between Data Management and Enterprise Architecture, Document Management and Government customer or stakeholders.
  • Direct the data management team resources to create work product which supports customer strategic objectives.
  • Utilize data management knowledge, skills, to engage the customer and other stakeholders to create solutions and inquiry responses.
  • Support the contract technical lead with personnel management, planning, metrics, reporting (i.e., Monthly Status Reports, Program Management Report) and other program support activities.

Essential Job Requirements and Education:

 Candidates will need to have:

  • Minimum of a BS/BA degree from an accredited institution or equivalent education
  • 5+ years of Data Management knowledge, skills, and proven success of Enterprise Data Management
  • Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance
  • A proven track record of leading teams to successfully deliver results
  • Proven professional relationships and customer relationship management.
  • Proven oral communication and written skills at all levels of audience from senior leaders to technical customers
  • Understanding and ability to apply Agile Methodology principles
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence Atlassian tools
  • Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles and best practices
  • Knowledge of DoD and USAF information technology, data management and/or cyber security regulations, policy, operating instructions, or guidance documentation
