Help Desk Technician

Entegrity is looking for an experienced Help Desk Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience performing the essential duties listed below.


  • Triage incoming support tickets.
  • Resolve assigned support tickets in a detailed and efficient manner via phone and remote assistance.
  • Preform account terminations, active directory, and file permission changes.
  • Troubleshoot customer applications
  • Act as vendor liaison for line of business applications
  • Troubleshoot computer performance issues
  • Perform email configuration/changes.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
  • Document and record time for all actions taken when working or resolving customer issue.
  • Provide onsite assistance to install or troubleshoot hardware/software as needed
  • Assist in creating documentation and procedures
  • Be proactive in seeking additional duties and responsibility.
  • Participate in on-call rotation.
